kartik-mem0 2e4f11afe1 chore(zapier): align package with @mem0 scope and repo conventions ...

Rename to @mem0/zapier, switch to Apache-2.0 to match the repo and the
other integrations, drop private so it can publish, and add the pnpm
security overrides plus pnpm-workspace.yaml that every other integration
under integrations/ already carries.
