kartik-mem0 08b825d84c docs: restore Python code formatting in pgvector and Neon guides ...

PR #5789 stripped the indentation from the Python examples in the
pgvector and Neon vector-store guides and changed two code-fence
terminators from ``` to ````. Restore the 4-space indentation and the
correct triple-backtick fences. No TypeScript, table, or prose changes.
