Revert the embedchain matrix restoration. The suite has been broken since
the embedchain Makefile switched from hatch to poetry (install_all calls
`poetry install --all-extras` but the job only installs hatch). Since
embedchain is deprecated, remove the CI block entirely; branch protection
will drop the build_embedchain* contexts in a follow-up admin change.
Branch protection requires matrix-suffixed contexts (build_embedchain (3.9)
… (3.12)). Re-add the embedchain job using the same pattern as build_mem0
so all matrix entries always report a status: the job runs unconditionally
and each step is gated on embedchain_changed, exiting cleanly when the
directory is untouched and running the full suite otherwise.
Embedchain is deprecated — remove build_embedchain job, path filter,
and output from ci.yml to stop blocking PRs with a required check
that never reports status.
Remove paths filters from ci.yml triggers so build_mem0 and
build_embedchain always run. Uses check_changes + step-level
conditions to skip expensive steps when no relevant files changed,
resolving "Waiting for status to be reported" on docs-only PRs.
