fix(deps): bump axios to ^1.16.0 to remediate high-severity CVEs

Addresses Dependabot alerts #986-992: prototype pollution in
axios <1.16.0 enabling credential theft, MITM, and DoS. Updates
mem0-ts, openmemory/ui, and server/dashboard.
