Bumps @mem0/openclaw-mem0 to 1.0.13 and updates docs/changelog/openclaw.mdx.

v1.0.13: custom-categories payload fix (#5345); skip runtime setup during cli-metadata registration (#5383); mem0ai 3.0.3->3.0.7 (latest Node SDK, includes the axios CVE remediation from 3.0.6, #5460); uuid override for a Dependabot MEDIUM alert (#5489); repo path consolidation to integrations/openclaw (#5491). Lockfile regenerated; build + 438 tests pass.

v1.0.12 (backfilled, was missing from the changelog): Agent Mode onboarding docs (#5123); security override + dependency bumps (#5294, #5212).

Changelog content was derived from the v1.0.11->v1.0.12 and v1.0.12->HEAD plugin tree diffs, since the release tags have diverged from main and commit-range data was unreliable.
