fix(deps): remove invalid allowBuilds placeholders from pnpm-workspace.yaml

pnpm auto-injected allowBuilds sections with literal placeholder text
into cli/node and openclaw workspace yamls, causing pnpm install
--frozen-lockfile to fail in CI.

Replace with proper onlyBuiltDependencies entries.
